(a). Quotes and Payment.
All quotes start from KSH 20,000 and must be paid using the payment methods agreed upon during the quote enquiry. A 30% deposit of the total agreed amount is required and refundable as described below.
(b). Cancellations and Refunds.
Cancellations are allowed only for work that has not yet been delivered and is less than one month old from the agreed start date. Any initially paid deposit or amount will be refunded in such cases.
(c). Complaints and Dispute Resolution.
Any complaint, whether formal or informal, will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled via mediation or arbitration within Kenya.
(d). Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
(e). Acceptance of Terms.
By using jamesfundi.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
